As a trained and licensed mental health professional, I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space to tackle emotional, behavioral, and relational issues that are getting you down. We will work toward gaining insight into your thoughts and feelings, trends in your life, develop boundaries and coping strategies, and identify and work toward your personal goals.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model developed by Richard C. Schwartz in the 1980s which has gained great popularity in the past decade.
IFS is based on the concept that the mind is made up of different "parts," each with its own perspectives, emotions, and roles, and that these parts can be organized into a system similar to a family dynamic, similar to the plot of the Inside Out movies.
The model is recognized by organizations such as the American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM) for its innovative approach to therapy.
As a Certified IFS Therapist, I can help you explore and regulate your own, unique inner world.

Developed by Francine Shapiro in the late 1980s, EMDR is an evidence-based treatment modality widely used to target symptoms of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
EMDR is distinct from traditional talk therapies as it is a structured processing of traumatic memories using bilateral stimulation such as eye moevements, auditory, or tactile methods. Instead simply talking about traumas, which can be overwhelming and looping, EMDR provides a structured, phase-oriented, and effective alternative.
Due to extensive research, EMDR is recognized by organizations like the American Psychological Association and the World Health Organization as an effective treatment for trauma.

Grief has endless origins, including anticipatory grief, death of a loved one, pet loss, an estranged family member, the end of a relationship, and job loss. It can be incredibly isolating, and impact ones life and mental health in a multitude of ways.
Research shows that professional support can significantly improve outcomes for individuals experiencing grief, helping them to process their complex emotions, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and smooth the adjustment to loss.
